Delete your Managani account
Only the account owner can request permanent deletion.
- Open Settings > Subscription on web or desktop.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the account name and type DELETE.
Free accounts can delete directly. If the account has a paid subscription, cancel it through subscription management first. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period must finish before deletion becomes available.
Access is revoked immediately after the request is recorded. Permanent cleanup continues in the background; an accepted request does not mean cleanup is already complete. Administrators can inspect progress and retry failed cleanup from the account screen.
Your access and role in other accounts remain. Logins that no longer belong to any account are removed. Billing history is retained.
Deletion covers every site in the account, including feedback, releases, surveys, widgets, conversations, owned attachments, theme assets, and analytics. Public sites and widgets stop serving the account. References to external URLs are removed without deleting content owned by another service.
Prepare Before Confirming
Check the account name and the sites it contains before starting. Deletion applies to the whole account, so it is different from removing a teammate or switching to another account. Tell affected teammates that the public portal, widgets, and product data for those sites will no longer be available.
Preserve information your organization needs before submitting the request. Do not treat the background cleanup period as a recovery window: access is revoked once the request has been recorded. If you still need to review a record, do that before confirming deletion.
For a paid account, review subscription management first. Scheduling cancellation does not immediately meet the deletion requirement when the billing period is still running. After that cancellation completes, return to the account settings to check eligibility.
If the request reports a problem, retain the error text and contact Support. Do not include passwords or access tokens in a support message. Access to another account should be checked independently using that account's membership.
