macOS

1. Download the build for your Mac architecture.
2. Open the DMG.
3. Drag Managani into Applications.
4. Open Managani from Applications.
5. Select Continue with Managani Cloud. Advanced server entry is reserved for private v1 testing during beta.
6. Complete sign-in in your browser.
7. Return to Managani after the browser confirms authorization.

Windows

1. Download the installer for your Windows architecture. A portable build is also available.
2. Open the installer and complete setup, or run the portable build.
3. Choose Continue with Managani Cloud.
4. Complete sign-in in your browser and return to Managani.

Linux

1. Download the x64 AppImage.
2. Make the AppImage executable.
3. Open Managani.
4. Choose Continue with Managani Cloud.
5. Complete sign-in in your browser and return to Managani.

Choose a Server

Select Continue with Managani Cloud. Desktop connects to https://app.managani.com.

Sign-In Security

Desktop opens the system browser and uses OAuth authorization code flow with PKCE. After approval, Managani creates a short-lived, one-use bootstrap link that establishes the normal HttpOnly web session inside Desktop.

The authorization session expires after five minutes. Start sign-in again if the callback arrives too late.

Closing and Launch at Login

When the tray is available, closing the window hides Managani while the desktop process keeps running. Select Quit Managani to stop notifications, shortcuts, counts, and background account coverage.

Enable Start Managani at login from Desktop settings when you want the background process to start with the computer.
