Social Monitoring finds public conversations that indicate demand, questions, competitor interest, or content opportunities.

Sources

A site monitor can collect signals from Reddit through ReddAPI, Quora, Bluesky, LinkedIn company-page engagement, and web search. Enable only the sources you use and configure source-specific queries, freshness, minimum score, and response mode.

Required and excluded terms keep broad queries focused. Reply and blog guidelines give the scoring and drafting steps product-specific context.

Review Signals

Managani groups signals by source and status. Review new signals before marking them queued, scheduled, drafted, replied, failed, or dismissed.

Depending on the source and configured integrations, a signal can become:

• A growth opportunity or content draft
• A Todoist task
• A Ghost draft
• A Bluesky or LinkedIn reply
• A competitor-signal email

LinkedIn can also receive supported company-page comments and mentions through its engagement webhook.

Scheduling and Credentials

Enabled monitors run on a two-hour cadence. Source credentials and publishing connections are stored per site under Settings > Integrations. Current integrations include LinkedIn, Bluesky, Todoist, and Ghost.

Start with manual review. Enable automated actions only after queries, scoring thresholds, and output guidelines consistently produce safe results.
