Settings

Account settings are available from the account menu. Site-specific settings are under each site's Settings section.

Profile

Edit your name, email, timezone, and time format.

Accounts and Teams

MANAGANI supports multi-account membership.

  • Owners and admins can invite teammates from Settings > My Team
  • Invites add the user to the shared account
  • Users with multiple accounts can switch from the navbar

Security

Security settings include password reset, TOTP two-factor authentication, and WebAuthn passkeys.

Notifications

Choose browser and email notifications separately for Chat, Feedback, Social, and Content Strategy. The mobile app also provides push preferences and Do Not Disturb controls.

When using Managani Desktop, the same screen also controls native notification sources, preview privacy, unread counts, launch at login, persistent Windows/Linux alerts, and global shortcuts.

Access Tokens and OAuth

Use Settings > Access Tokens to create personal API tokens and manage OAuth clients or connected apps.

AI

Owners and admins with plan access can configure their own OpenAI or Gemini credentials under Settings > BYO AI. Site-level AI behavior and feature instructions remain under the site's Settings > AI tab.

Role-Based Visibility

  • All members: Profile, Notifications, Security, Access Tokens, Usage
  • Owners/admins: My Team, BYO AI, Typesense, Activity Logs

Typesense

Owners and admins can review or rebuild search indexes from Settings > Typesense.

Usage

Usage shows account-level storage and product counts.

Activity Logs

Owners and admins can review audited account and product changes. Filter by action, resource, actor, or time when investigating a change.

Site Settings

Each site includes:

  • General — Name, color, and customer-facing setup details
  • Knowledge sources — Public URLs and private Streamient context
  • Integrations — LinkedIn, Bluesky, Todoist, and Ghost
  • Theme — Reusable themes for Widget, Surveys, Tours, Highlights, and Portal
  • Website — Widget deployments, allowed URLs, launcher behavior, and signed-user setup
  • Portal — Customer-facing wording
  • AI — Feedback, Changelog, Survey, Tour, and Highlight instructions
  • Email templates — Feedback and Changelog notifications
  • White-Label — Custom hostname and branding controls when available
